When the Delphi method is used it seems that it works best if a panel of experts (domain experts) perform the method on the question at hand. Anonymity is also key so that ones authority or personality do not affect the judgement of other members. We as a class did neither of these.

If we are talking purely about our experiene in class then it should be noted that by keeping anonymity and bringing in domain experts we should increase our chances of successful prediction. Obviously domain experts have a better idea of the material and therefore can make better predictions. By remaining anynomous people are not pressured to conform which they could be conforming to the wrong idea.

Homework 2

1.        So I wrote a program that takes x and y coordinates that the user enters or from a csv file and then predicts what the next values will be. It can do as many iterations as you want in a single click. (Meaning if you want to see where the coordinates should be in 10,000 iterations you just set it to show you that)

B. 5.5% Per month or 66% increase over previous technology per year.
